Urbancare / WEB DESIGN + WEB DEVELOPMENT
Urbancare Web design and development.
A website to introduce the practice, explain its services and collect quote enquiries. With custom animation and a blog about condominium management.

The business and the project
Urbancare provides condominium management in Garbagnate Milanese and nearby towns. Its website helps owners and building representatives get to know the practice, understand its approach and find the right contact.
We translated the visual identity into a complete website: practice information, service pages, a blog and contact forms. The project combines web design and development, with separate paths for an initial question and a quote enquiry.
Web design
Typography, blue tones and illustrations extend the practice’s identity and organise services and content.
Web development
Responsive pages, interactive components and content management for updating the blog.
Custom animation
An intro, entrance animations and animated illustrations accompany navigation and site interactions.
The blog: Il Cortile
The blog brings together guides to condominium management. An illustration of a courtyard building introduces its categories, with hanging laundry becoming interactive elements. Filters and search help visitors find articles, and each guide has its own page.

Article reading and interactive contents
Each guide has its own page, with text organised into sections. The side contents panel resembles elevator buttons: as the reader scrolls, it shows the current floor and provides direct access to each section.

Interactive quote enquiry
The form collects building details: town, residential units, garages and shared systems. Its illustration updates as the visitor fills it in, making selections visible. It is an enquiry for the practice to review, without an automatic price or implied commitment.

Structure, content and development
SEO structure
Dedicated service pages, specific titles and descriptions, and links between guides, services and contact pages clarify topics and navigation.
Blog management
A content management panel organises articles, categories and images without editing page layouts.
Responsive design
Navigation, text and forms adapt to desktop and phone screens. Light and dark themes retain a consistent visual language.
Project questions
Does this project also include the Urbancare logo?
This page covers the website’s design and development. The logo and visual identity are documented in a separate project linked on this page.
Does the form calculate an automatic quote?
No. It collects information and shows a building preview. The practice reviews the enquiry before preparing a proposal.
